Tonight there is a huge full moon; its cold, pock marked face dis[assionately watches the scenes from a dying planet called Earth below.

Hugo comes from a good family, had a good education and has a brilliant brain.

Emil Wark is one of the world’s richest people and sees Earth as his own corporation. Using his wealth he is gathering up people like Hugo to help him achieve a world where robots and AI do the work of food production, maintenance, even repair themselves for little or no cost. The expensive humans causing the climate emergency will be made redundant from corporate Earth, permanently!

As Hugo goes through his induction and finds love he slowly begins to realise what is planned and sees things differently. Deciding to use his AI logistics, software and hacking skills instead to create a business plan of his own that will ultimately make Wark and the rich redundant instead.

And the rich shall inherit the earth.

What’s In A Cover?

Over decades I have gone into bookshops, charity shops, on-line, I have never ever bought a book because of its cover. In fact I have done the opposite and written off countless books and not bought them because of their cover. After a lot of thought the cover was designed without any image for its first release. Less ink and production helps to reduce the climate impact as well (hopefully).
